Create public folders/calendars in Exchnage 2007

This can be done without having to login to a workstation with outlook running. Create the folder from with Exchange Management console. Download and use pfdavadmin (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=635BE792-D8AD-49E3-ADA4-E2422C0AB424&displaylang=en) and use it to set permissions.
